What can be returned
Any book in its original condition (no folded pages, no marks, no damage to the cover) is eligible for return. Wrapped gift orders are eligible as long as the wrapping is intact.
Return window
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. After that, still reach out — we'll find a way.
How it works
Email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason. We'll send a prepaid shipping label and the return address. Pack the item in its original box and hand it to the courier.
Refund timeline
Once received and inspected (24-48h), the refund is processed within 7 business days. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer. Card payments go back to the same card.
Damaged or wrong items
Item arrived damaged or different from what you ordered? That's on us — at no cost to you. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange or full refund right away.
Exchanges
Prefer a different product instead of a refund? Absolutely. Return the original as usual and we'll ship the new item as soon as the return arrives — no extra shipping fee.
